It depends on the scope: a small improvement can take a few days, a new system from a few weeks. I give the exact timeline in the plan, together with the price, before any work starts.
Yes. There's no need to start from scratch: I can keep working on your existing system, fix what doesn't work or gets in the way, and add new features.
No, the agreed price doesn't change. If you come up with something new and bigger along the way, we discuss it separately. Small requests I usually just include: what matters to me is that the system suits you.
Yes.
