I look beyond the screen I'm building. I consider the data flow, the API, states, user permissions and how a decision will affect other parts of the system.
About me
I'm Gabrielė
I love building systems that genuinely help people: they save time, cut down the chaos and let people focus on what matters. What makes me happiest is seeing people use my work every day and be glad they have it.
I build web and mobile systems from idea to a working product and work across the whole chain: user interfaces, system architecture, API interactions and data structures.
I'm currently building an internal business system from scratch as the sole frontend developer. I worked out the requirements myself, designed the architecture and user experience, spec out backend functionality, and align technical decisions with the backend developer.

How I work
I understand the problem first
When something doesn't work or works badly, I look for the cause first. Only then do I change the code. This matters most with existing and larger systems.
I can work with existing code
Not everything has to start from scratch. I can get to grips with someone else's code and existing architecture, and improve or extend the system step by step.
I keep up with modern technology
I use AI tools in development and build AI features into products themselves, from simple LLM features to agents that can use the system's API.

Building an internal business system from scratch as the sole frontend developer on the team: I designed the architecture and interface myself, worked out the requirements and planned the backend structure. I hand off tasks to a backend colleague, review the result, and own the frontend end to end.

Building web and mobile apps from idea to working product: I design the architecture and data structure, and build the frontend, backend and API, authentication and database logic. I built the “Kibinukai” ordering system and a travel app, where I owned the technical architecture and the full implementation. I run projects independently, from scoping the requirements to launch.

Junior developer · UVS
Worked on a WPF-based SCO system: built and improved application screens using XAML/XML and C#, implemented new functionality and fixed existing issues. Analysed bugs, debugged the application and logs, and tracked down and resolved root causes. Also designed screen layouts, worked on UI accessibility, and prepared visual assets for the system.
