Frequently asked questions
Usually yes, if the program has an API or data import and export. First I check what your tools allow, and only then propose a solution and a price.
If a good plugin exists, I'll suggest it. A custom integration is worth it when there's no plugin, it doesn't fit your process, or it costs more than it's worth.
Access to the tools (API keys or accounts) and a short explanation of how data moves today. Couriers and payment providers often also require your own contract with them.
The integration logs errors and alerts you if something stops working. Ongoing support can be agreed separately.
